Babanna DS has a lot of experience in child rights and community organizing for the last 25 years. He has worked as a member of the Child Welfare Committee. He has worked as a member of the SC ST vigilance Committee and as a member of the Manual Scavengers Rehabilitation Committee. He has recently completed a law degree and is a lawyer. He handles the cases of the poor free of cost.

Mallikarjuna has been working as a field level activist in various NGOs for the past 18 years. He has experience in community organizing and raising awareness about children's rights.

Manjamma has extensive experience in the field of microfinance and is committed to working for the upliftment of women.

Basavaraja T S has been involved in various social service sectors for the last 15 years and has opened a tailoring training center and is working as a trainer there.

Huligesh has been seriously involved in the field of children's rights and women's issues for the past five years. He has extensive experience in providing life skills training to adolescent girls.

Kumara S is President of AID, He is got MSW post graduate from Bangalore University, Rich experience on Women's Relief and Empowerment at Davangere District at Jagrutha Mahila Sangha. he had experience with community organizing and given to people training on Child rights.

Nagaraja H is a trained teacher and has a BA degree and has been working as a field worker at Don Bosco for the past ten years. He has extensive experience in child rights.
